Abstract

The present invention discloses a polydentate hydroxamic acid collector and its application in Metal Ores, belonging to the field of mineral flotation technology. The said collector has two amino groups and two hydroxamic acid functional groups. Through an intramolecular multi-site cooperative adsorption mechanism, it achieves efficient synergy between the chelating effect of the hydroxamic acid groups and the electrostatic adsorption of the amino groups, significantly enhancing the adsorption strength and stability on the mineral surface. This collector is suitable for the flotation separation of various metal minerals such as ilmenite, zinc oxide ore, tungsten ore, lead oxide ore, cassiterite and rare earths. It features strong collecting ability, high efficiency of action and wide adaptability. By reducing the dosage of reagents, it effectively improves the recovery rate of complex metal mineral resources, and has broad industrial application prospects.
