Abstract

Provided are a gene detection method and system for microbial strains based on reference samples, relating to the technical field of microbial strain gene detection. The method includes: performing real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection on a plurality of reference samples and a sample to be tested to obtain a plurality of pieces of standard detection data and sample detection data; performing microbial strain gene detection on the sample detection data based on the plurality of pieces of standard detection data to obtain a first microbial strain detection profile; performing multi-dimensional uncertainty evaluation on the plurality of reference samples to obtain a reference sample evaluation profile; calculating standard confidence probabilities of the plurality of reference samples to obtain a standard confidence profile; and performing standard confidence correction on the first microbial strain detection profile to obtain a second microbial strain detection profile. The technical problems of low accuracy and reliability of detection results of Greeneria uvicola in the prior art are solved. The technical effect of improving the accuracy and reliability of gene detection results of Greeneria uvicola gene is achieved.
