Music and dance leg stretching bar for sports dance teaching

Abstract

The present invention discloses a music and dance leg stretching bar for use in sports dance teaching. The device comprises a bottom plate, an adjustment box, and a servo-driven screw mechanism that adjusts the height of an arc-shaped leg stretching bar. A servo motor fixed in the adjustment box drives a threaded screw rod connected to a rectangular plate and driving plate. A lifting plate is slidably mounted on the front of the adjustment box. The arc-shaped leg stretching bar is connected to a spring and guide component, enabling simulation of “pulse stretching” movements commonly used in dance training. This structure allows controlled vertical adjustment of the stretching bar to accommodate different user needs and improve training safety and comfort. The device offers enhanced adaptability, ease of use, and effective leg flexibility training for sports dance students, combining structural support with motion simulation for improved muscle extension and stretching outcomes.
