Abstract
The present invention provides a 3D printing-based analgesic microneedle patch, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials. The preparation method for the 3D printing-based hydrogel-forming microneedle patch provided by the present invention includes the following steps: 1) dissolving cold-water fish skin gelatin in Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) to obtain a gelatin solution; 2) mixing methacrylic anhydride with the gelatin solution for a polymerization reaction to obtain a hydrogel material; and 3) loading anesthetic analgesic drugs onto the hydrogel material and obtain a hydrogel-forming microneedle patch through photocuring 3D printing. The present invention combines 3D printing technology with microneedles, a painless transdermal drug delivery system, to load local anesthetics into the microneedle patch. On the basis of painless drug administration, this improves drug delivery efficiency, shortens the drug onset time, and thus achieves effective, rapid, and safe local anesthesia.
