Abstract

The present invention provides use of a reagent for detecting expression levels of neutral amino acid transporters and miR-17-5p in preparation of products for assessing aging, belonging to the field of biological aging detection. The present invention provides use of a reagent for detecting expression levels of neutral amino acid transporters and miR-17-5p in preparation of products for assessing aging. A method for detecting the neutral amino acid transporters includes detecting the expression levels of SLC1A5-encoded proteins in exosomes using an immunological detection method. A method for detecting the miR-17-5p includes detecting the expression level of the miR-17-5p in endothelial microparticles using PCR. The products in the use of the present invention may be used for effective detection of the degree of anti-aging. Compared with existing aging detection methods, it has advantages of convenient sampling, a relatively fast detection process, good reproducibility, and high reliability.
