Abstract

The present invention provides a steam-condensation adsorption device and production process for extracting lithium from salt lake brine, falling within the technical field of lithium extraction processes from salt lakes. The condenser of the multi-effect evaporation system is coupled with the traditional adsorption tower into a single unit, which achieves the optimal temperature for the lithium adsorption process of salt lake brine and improves the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption tower for lithium ions; the secondary steam generated in the last-effect evaporator condenses in the multi-process tube bundles and releases latent heat of vaporization to directly heat the salt lake brine adsorption and desorption processes, which not only enhances the adsorption rate of lithium from salt lake brine but also preheats the fresh water required for the subsequent desorption process, thereby reducing the energy consumption cost of salt lake lithium extraction; by reasonably arranging the flow of condensation heat exchange tube bundles, the temperatures of the adsorbent and salt lake brine at different positions in the adsorption tower are optimized, realizing a gradual increase in the temperatures of the adsorbent and salt lake brine from top to bottom in the adsorption tower, and compensating for the decrease in adsorption rate caused by the reduction of lithium ion concentration through the temperature increase from top to bottom in the adsorption tower.
