Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular breeding of peanuts and discloses a KASP molecular marker primer combination for identifying the late leaf spot resistance trait of peanuts and a use thereof. According to the invention, molecular markers linked to the late leaf spot resistance trait can be used for genotyping peanut materials and then whether the materials have late leaf spot resistance can be determined. Through high-throughput genotyping, manpower and material resources are greatly saved, and the genotyping is not affected by environmental factors and can give accurate and reliable results. The molecular markers can be used for early screening of peanut varieties with resistance to late leaf spot, thereby shortening the breeding cycle and improving breeding efficiency.
