Water-saving cleaning mechanism for quartz sand raw materials

Abstract

The present invention provides a water-saving cleaning mechanism for quartz sand raw materials, relating to the technical field of quartz sand purification. It includes a cleaning bin, an adaptive material distribution component, a graded circulation filtration system, and a cooperative cleaning component. The inner wall of the cleaning bin is provided with multiple layers of spray components capable of forming spiral spray water flow. The adaptive material distribution component realizes uniform feeding of quartz sand through the cooperation of an elastic material distribution plate with zoned feeding areas and a vibration driving part. The graded circulation filtration system completes muddy water purification through primary sedimentation and deep filtration in sequence, and a clear water storage unit is linked with monitoring parts to ensure water quality and liquid level. The flexible stirring blades of the cooperative cleaning component cooperate with a circulating water supply part to strengthen the contact between quartz sand and water flow. Through the cooperative operation of all components, the mechanism realizes the recycling of water resources, improves the cleaning uniformity and impurity removal effect, and has the advantages of compact structure, convenient maintenance and strong practicability.
