Artificial fermentation method for cigar tobaccos

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of processing of cigars, and particularly relates to an artificial fermentation method for cigar tobaccos. The artificial fermentation method for cigar tobaccos disclosed in the present invention includes the steps: preparing an added medium mixture; moistening the cigar tobaccos with the added medium mixture; placing the cigar tobaccos in a stacked manner; and wrapping a cigar tobacco stack in cotton cloth for fermentation. The artificial fermentation method provided by the present invention is applied to fermentation of the cigar tobaccos, which can not only further improve the sensory quality of the tobaccos, but also improve the quality of the tobaccos to a great extent. The present invention has no special limitation on raw materials, and has a simple process, strong operability, wide universality and a relatively good application prospect.
