Abstract

The invention relates to the field of spraying technologies, and in particular to a boiler warp-and-weft grate anti-wear thermal spraying device and an use method thereof. A boiler warp-and-weft grate anti-wear thermal spraying device, comprising a frame, a material box, a return tray, and a spraying system, characterized in that: the material box is mounted on a side of the frame and contains spraying material; a return slot is formed in the material box; the return tray is obliquely arranged on the frame and is in communication with the return slot; a feed end of the spraying system extends into the material box, and a spray outlet end of the spraying system is mounted on the frame. By means of the above configuration, the invention solves the problem in the prior art that some frames can only fix grates of a single size and require re-adjustment or even replacement of support components when changing grate models, which increases operational complexity and time costs.
