Thermal-sprayed anticorrosion process for boiler warp-and-weft grate and use method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of spraying technologies, and in particular to a thermal-sprayed anticorrosion process for a boiler warp-and-weft grate and a use method thereof. The process comprises impurity removal treatment of the grate, grate preheating treatment, layered spraying, and vacuum heat-preservation treatment of the grate. By subjecting the sprayed grate to vacuum heat-preservation treatment, the invention overcomes numerous defects of conventional anticorrosion methods, addresses the problem that existing processes cannot meet the anticorrosion requirements of high-power boiler units, and resolves the difficulty of supporting their safe and stable long-term operation.
