Abstract
The present invention discloses a magnetic coagulation sedimentation system for wastewater treatment and a method for constructing the same. The invention upgrades a traditional high-density sedimentation system into a magnetic coagulation sedimentation unit, by partitioning the original flocculation tank into three sections: a magnetic powder reaction tank, a flocculation reaction tank, and a sludge temporary storage tank. The system includes a dynamic sludge discharge intelligent control module that utilizes SV30 online detection and AI-based floc image recognition to precisely regulate sludge discharge volume. The magnetic powder recovery system adopts a two-stage recovery mechanism comprising a high-shear machine and a permanent magnetic separator, achieving a magnetic powder recycling rate exceeding 95%. A 3D visualization platform supports remote monitoring of operational status and water quality trends. Through modular transformation and integration of intelligent technologies, the invention significantly improves treatment efficiency and stability, reduces chemical consumption by approximately 30%, and produces effluent that consistently meets Class Ⅳ surface water standards. The system combines advantages such as low retrofit costs, small footprint, and high resource recycling rates, providing an efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly solution for upgrades and retrofits.
