The present invention successfully implements oriented transformation and enrichment of gastrodin by precisely regulating Gastrodiae Rhizoma processing procedures. The method has characteristics of simplicity, convenience, short drying time, low energy consumption, high production efficiency and stable and controllable quality of the Gastrodiae Rhizoma, and is more suitable for large-scale industrial production.
