Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of control systems, and discloses a method for remote integrated control of a chemical device based on a virtual cloud platform. A virtual cloud computing platform is built, and a plurality of virtual machines are created to run control software and data analysis software of the chemical device; sensors and an actuator are installed on the chemical device to collect in real time and execute a control instruction; operating data of the chemical device is collected in real time through the sensors and uploaded to the cloud computing platform; an operator remotely issues the control instruction through a user interface of the control software of the cloud platform; and after receiving the control instruction, an edge computing device executes a corresponding operation to realize remote integrated control. The present invention realizes centralized monitoring and management of the chemical device to improve the production efficiency and safety, supports remote operations and control to facilitate remote expert consultation and multi-department collaborative work, and utilizes big data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies to perform process optimization and predictive maintenance to improve the product quality and production efficiency.
