Abstract
The present invention provides a cyclone activation system for construction muck micropowder, including: a three-stage cyclone activation system and a fluidized bed drying and separation system. According to the cyclone activation system for construction muck micropowder provided in the present invention, by utilizing the three-stage cyclone system, the activation of the construction muck micropowder is divided into three steps, namely mechanical activation, thermal activation, and alkali activation. Compared with the conventional activation methods, the cyclone activation system for construction muck micropowder of the present invention has the advantages of high spontaneity and high efficiency. In a fluidized bed, airflow suspends and dries the micropowder, which is then separated by a cyclone separator. The two systems complement each other, and the operation process is highly automated, which can reduce manual intervention. Compared with the conventional activation systems, the cyclone activation system for construction muck micropowder of the present invention is simple in structure, easy to maintain, and low in failure rate, thereby greatly reducing maintenance costs. Through efficient separation and reaction, the cyclone activation system for construction muck micropowder of the present invention can effectively reduce exhaust gas and dust emissions, which is highly beneficial for environmental protection.
