Abstract

Disclosed is a precision atomized drug delivery device for treating silicosis in mice. The device comprises a needle tube with a piston embedded at one end and a push tube inserted at the other. A push mechanism is installed on the needle tube and connected to the push tube. A telescopic hole is formed in the push tube, into which an elastic pressure mechanism is slidably inserted with the piston. A top cover is threaded onto the needle tube, and a quantitative rod is slidably inserted through the top cover and engaged with a threaded tube to limit the piston's stroke. During use, the spring-loaded piston ensures a smooth and controlled atomized drug discharge, improving dosage precision and comfort. The quantitative rod effectively restricts over-delivery by limiting piston movement. The device enhances atomization accuracy and repeatability in animal testing for silicosis treatment, while ensuring ease of operation and reliable dosing.
