Carbon dioxide capture device with filtering structure

Abstract

The device comprises a box body with a combustion box arranged at the bottom of its inner cavity. A gas delivery pipe connects the top of the combustion box to a capture box, and an intake pipe extends from the side of the combustion box through the box body to an installation concave plate. A filter component and a fixed component are integrated into the intake pipeline via the installation concave plate, eliminating the need for a separate preprocessing unit. This results in a compact structure, simplified pipeline layout, reduced installation space, and minimized leakage risk. The filter component removes large particles, acidic gases, moisture, and fine impurities from the flue gas, providing cleaner gas to the combustion and capture sections, thereby enhancing the protection and operational lifespan of the core capture unit.
