A disassembly fixture for front reducer of road roller

Abstract

A disassembly fixture for front reducer of road roller, a main body is disc-shaped, a diameter of the main body is matched with the diameter of a locking round nut of a reducer, a center of an upper surface of the main body is provided with a cannon nut; disassembly support legs are evenly distributed in a circumferential direction of the main body, and are correspondingly clamped to clamping notches on an outer circumference of the locking round nut. By utilizing the disassembly support legs to clamp the clamping notches on the outer circumference of the locking round nut, and utilizing the cannon nut being connected to the cannon, the strong power provided by the cannon can be utilized to provide mutual clamping between the fixture and the round nut during the disassembly process, thereby providing disassembly torque, which enables quick and easy disassembly of the locking round nut of the reducer with high locking force, greatly reducing disassembly time and improving maintenance efficiency.
