Abstract
The invention proposes a UV-responsive intelligent color-changing glass system and window, belonging to the technical field of automotive glass. The system is designed to address the problems of conventional automotive glass being unable to dynamically adjust transmittance, existing color-changing glass being prone to false triggering, high energy consumption, poor stability, and lack of a fail-safe mechanism. The system comprises a UV-sensitive layer, a temperature compensation layer, an optical adjustment layer, and a fail-safe module. The UV-sensitive layer employs an AgCl-TiO2-ZnO nanocomposite with a specific ratio, enabling dynamic adjustment of transmittance in response to UV wavelength. The temperature compensation layer can initiate a high-reflection mode when there is a large temperature difference between the interior and exterior of the vehicle. The optical adjustment layer provides rapid transmittance recovery in tunnel scenarios. The fail-safe module ensures driving visibility when the system fails. The system features fast response, stable performance, and low energy consumption, making it suitable for adaptive environmental adjustment of automotive front and rear windshields, side windows, and sunroofs.
