Abstract

A standardized sliding template for asphalt concrete dam, which comprises: a standardized template is an inverted trapezoidal groove body corresponding to a dam; a compacting platform is a square groove with an opening facing downwards, and force transmission ribs correspondingly supported at both sides of the standardized template are provided inside the compacting platform; end frames are herringbone steel frames adapted to the standardized template, two end frames are respectively fixed at both ends of the standardized template; and a compaction hammer has a flat surface corresponding to the compacting platform, and is used to compact an asphalt concrete inside the standardized template by impacting the compacting platform. The design of the inverted trapezoidal groove body of the standardized template can accurately shape the shape of the highway edge dam, ensuring that the size of the dam meets the design requirements. Through the coordination of the compacting platform and the compaction hammer, the impact force can be evenly transmitted to the asphalt concrete inside the standardized template, achieving uniform compacting, effectively improving the compactness and strength of the dam, and enhancing the construction quality of the dam.
