Abstract
The invention discloses a composite treatment technology for the oxide layer on the surface of titanium rolls, belonging to the technical field of metal surface treatment. It includes the following steps: performing mechanical polishing and cleaning on the surface of the titanium roll to obtain a pretreated titanium roll; placing the pretreated titanium roll into an acid tank for pickling, where the pickling solution in the acid tank is a mixed acid of HNO3 and HF; finally rinsing the pickled titanium roll with clean water until clean, and performing drying treatment with a dryer. The invention performs mechanical polishing on the surface of the titanium roll to break the oxide scale on the surface and form a rough surface. In the subsequent pickling process, the loose oxide scale may fully contact and react with the pickling solution, thereby improving the reaction efficiency. Moreover, it is easy to judge whether the reaction is completed, avoiding over-pickling that affects the surface quality of the titanium roll, and ultimately improving the surface finish of the titanium roll. The titanium roll treated by this method has a long continuous operation cycle, the quality of the electrolytically produced copper foil is stable, and the production efficiency of electrolytic copper foil may be significantly improved.
