Abstract

The present application discloses a project risk tracing and control management system based on digital causal inference. The system comprises: a dynamic digital twin building module, used for building a dynamic digital twin; a risk event identification module, used for building a multivariate risk factor map, performing real-time data scanning on the dynamic digital twin, and actively identifying a risk event; a root cause chain determination module, used for starting a causal inference engine, and screening a root cause chain leading to occurrence of the risk event; and an optimal control strategy generation module, used for generating an optimal control strategy corresponding to the risk event. The present application can accurately determine causes of project risks and promptly generate dynamic strategies to effectively control the project risks.
