Abstract

The invention relates to an optimization scheduling method of building energy consumption based on data mining and machine learning, including: setting up building energy consumption monitoring equipment, collecting building energy consumption time series by using the building energy consumption monitoring equipment; preprocessing the building energy consumption time series to form a number of first-dimensional vectors and second-dimensional vectors, calculating the first distances between the first-dimensional vectors and the second distances between the second-dimensional vectors respectively; calculating sample entropy based on the number of the first distances and the number of the second distances, delineating different scheduling periods according to the comparison result between the sample entropy and the sample entropy complexity judgment threshold, and adopting an adaptive scheduling method to schedule building energy consumption in different scheduling periods. By analyzing the building energy consumption time series through data mining and machine learning technologies, the invention may accurately identify energy consumption characteristics and fluctuation rules, thereby realizing refined scheduling of building energy consumption.
