Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a system for auditing and analyzing usage compliance of budgets and materials of administrative institutions, which relates to the technical field of audit. A data preparation module in the system constructs standardized central data storage by integrating multi-system data, a rule determination module performs automatic compliance reviews based on an audit rule library, an intelligent risk analysis module identifies potential risks by using learning models, and a penetrating tracking and analysis module performs full-link visual tracing and verification on doubtful clues. The present invention solves the problems such as incomplete audit coverage, difficulty in detecting concealed violations with fixed rules, and challenges in tracing and obtaining evidence for doubtful points, realizes the full-process intellectualization and precision of audit work from data integration, automatic review, intelligent early warning to in-depth verification, and significantly improves audit capabilities.
