Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a formula, preparation method and application of a high-efficiency silage corn compound microbial starter culture, it includes the following formula components according to the mass fraction: 2-4 parts of homotypic lactic acid bacteria complex, 1-3 parts of heterotypic lactic acid bacteria, 1 part of cellulose-decomposing bacteria complex; the homotypic lactic acid bacteria complex is a mixture of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and Pediococcus acidilactici at a mass ratio of 1:1, and the heterotypic lactic acid bacteria is Lactobacillus buchneri, the cellulose-decomposing bacteria is a mixture of Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma viride and Bacillus subtilis at a mass ratio of 2:1:1. The compound microbial starter culture developed in this disclosure can synergistically enhance the fermentation quality, aerobic stability, and rumen degradation performance of silage corn. It reduces the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber, promotes the accumulation of lactic acid and acetic acid, and thereby supplies high-quality silage for ruminant animals.
