Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the field of viscosity testers and discloses a calibration device for high-precision asphalt kinematic viscosity testers, the device comprises a main body assembly including a tester and a protection frame arranged below the tester; a positioning assembly arranged on the protection frame, the positioning assembly comprising a positioning member and a locking member, the positioning member having a support frame located on an inner side of the protection frame, a support rod being movably connected inside the protection frame, the support rod having, on one side, a support sleeve fixed thereto, a positioning rod fixed inside the support frame, the positioning rod movably connected inside the support rod. The present disclosure achieves the following advantageous effect: by means of the positioning assembly, it is possible to position the rotor such that the rotor is held at a stable inclination angle when entering the interior of asphalt, and the rotor, after having entered the interior of asphalt, slowly restores the state in the vertical position, thereby preventing producing bubbles in asphalt, and it is possible to clean the rotor with a cleaning assembly when the rotor is removed from asphalt.
