Abstract

The present disclosure provides a thrombus protector and a thrombus protection catheter, including: a base body, a mesh bag, a guide rod, a ring body, and connecting wires. The mesh bag has an accommodating cavity; the guide rod has a first end connected to the accommodating cavity and a second end connected to the base body; the ring body extends along an edge of an accommodating cavity opening, and the edge is fixed on the ring body, which is sleeved on the guide rod and can be deformed under an external force; after the force is removed, the ring body can return to a ring shape; a thrombus entry channel is formed between the ring body and the guide rod; the connecting wires connect the ring body and the second end; and the ring body is located between the first end and the second end.
