Drilling and punching device based on piling in building construction

Abstract

The present invention provides a drilling and punching device based on piling in building construction, including: a vehicle body; a connecting frame connected to the vehicle body through a connecting mechanism, an inner cavity of the connecting frame slidably connected to a lifting plate through a first sliding part, a rotating shaft penetrating through a central position of the lifting plate, a first lifting mechanism arranged on a top surface of the lifting plate, and a rotation driving mechanism arranged on a bottom surface of the lifting plate; an impact mechanism including a fixed frame, a reciprocating assembly arranged on a top surface of an inner cavity of the fixed frame, a bottom surface of the reciprocating assembly fixedly connected to a top surface of the rotating shaft, a reset assembly arranged on a bottom surface of the inner cavity of the fixed frame, and a top surface of the rotating shaft penetrating through the reset assembly and fixedly connected to the reset assembly; a drill bit connected to the rotating shaft through a connecting part. The present invention achieves: through the arrangement of the impact mechanism, the rotating shaft can move along an axis direction thereof while rotating, enhancing the impact performance of the drill bit on the ground and better realizing destructive drilling on hard ground; meanwhile, the quick replacement of the rotating shaft and the drill bit can be realized through the connecting mechanism.
