Abstract

The present invention provides an intelligent classification method for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons using Raman spectra based on consistency regularization constraints and semi-supervised learning, including raw data acquisition, data preprocessing, data augmentation and spectral data classification, model construction, and model evaluation. The method fully combines semi-supervised learning with spectral analysis to not only improve classification performance but also enhance generalizability and scalability, thereby providing an efficient and reliable solution for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) identification in complex environments.
