Three-point bending test apparatus and method for rock specimens of different specifications

Abstract

The present invention discloses a three-point bending test apparatus and method for rock specimens of different specifications, belonging to the technical field of mechanical testing, comprising a frame, which includes a top plate and a bottom plate, the top plate and the bottom plate being supported by a plurality of support columns; an upper loading plate, connected to the top plate, the upper loading plate being driven by a servo hydraulic system; two lower loading bases, symmetrically arranged and movably connected to the bottom plate; loading shafts, fixedly connected to loading ends of the upper loading plate and the lower loading bases; a measurement mechanism, disposed between specimen knife-edges and at an output end of the servo hydraulic system, respectively for testing crack opening displacement and applied load; and a display and operating system, for controlling the servo hydraulic system to apply load and for collecting and displaying data measured by the measurement mechanism. The present invention solves the problems of poor adaptability and cumbersome adjustment of traditional apparatuses, can flexibly adapt to rock specimens of different specifications, and improves test efficiency.
