Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of tobacco leaf rib-cutting equipment and discloses a sun-cured yellow tobacco automatic rib-cutting and loading device, comprising: a fixed support frame, on which a conveyor belt is installed; a rib-cutting component, which is installed on the fixed support frame and located at the end of the conveyor belt, the rib-cutting component includes a blade roller for performing rib-cutting treatment on tobacco leaves; a placement platform, located on one side of the fixed support frame and below the end of the blade roller, the placement platform is used for placing a bamboo mat; a drive assembly, which is used for driving the conveyor belt to move and driving the blade roller to rotate. The conveyor belt installed on the fixed support frame facilitates conveying the tobacco leaves to the rib-cutting component for rib-cutting treatment. The blade roller in the rib-cutting component, during its rotation, performs rib-cutting on the main veins of the tobacco leaves, making operation convenient. The rib-cut tobacco leaves then fall into the bamboo mat on the placement platform, realizing integrated rib-cutting and mat-loading operation, saving manpower and improving work efficiency.
