Geopolymer grouting material for reinforcement and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a geopolymer grouting material for reinforcement and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of coal mining. Based on 100 percent mass percentage of the cementitious material, the geopolymer grouting material for reinforcement includes the following raw materials: 80-90 percent slag; 5-15 percent fly ash; 5-10 percent slaked lime powder; sodium hydroxide whose mass is 6-10 percent of the total mass of slag, fly ash and slaked lime powder; water reducer whose mass is 0.5-1.5 percent of the total mass of slag, fly ash and slaked lime powder; sodium bentonite whose mass is 1.5-2.5 percent of the total mass of slag, fly ash and slaked lime powder; and water, where the ratio of water to the total mass of slag, fly ash and slaked lime powder (that is, water-binder ratio) is 0.5-0.6. The grouting material of the present invention has the characteristics of good performance and low cost.
