Abstract
The present invention relates to a method and a device for monitoring mine restoration based on multispectral remote sensing, including: acquiring multi-source data through a satellite remote sensing system and ground sensors to obtain a dynamic change dataset; extracting vegetation coverage features from the dynamic change dataset using a convolutional neural network via a data extraction device to obtain a vegetation coverage distribution map; acquiring a soil exposure map by fusing soil spectral information according to the vegetation coverage distribution map; acquiring an interaction coefficient matrix according to the interaction between the vegetation coverage distribution map and the soil exposure map; and identifying high-risk areas based on the interaction coefficient matrix through a monitoring result generation device, predicting future ecological evolution trends to obtain a trend prediction sequence, generating a comprehensive evaluation report, and determining the level of restoration effectiveness. The present invention achieves precise assessment and dynamic early warning of ecological risks in mining areas, provides technical support for scientific judgment of restoration effectiveness, and significantly improves the decision-making efficiency for ecological protection and restoration.
