Abstract
The present invention discloses a method for staged enhanced leaching and arsenic removal from high-arsenic copper ores, belonging to the technical field of mineral processing engineering. The method comprises: mixing crushed high-arsenic copper ores with additives such as limestone and sodium hydroxide, and subjecting them to microwave pyrolysis and quenching for activation pretreatment; after pretreatment, the ore materials are leached using a mixed solution of sodium sulfide and sodium hydroxide, and the processes of first-stage grinding and leaching, second-stage grinding, synergistic enhanced oxidation, and second-stage grinding and leaching are carried out successively; the first-stage leaching solution is returned to the first-stage grinding, and the second-stage leaching solution is returned to the second-stage grinding, ultimately obtaining high-copper slag with arsenic removed. The present invention effectively destroys the structure of arsenic minerals through microwave pretreatment and combines staged enhanced leaching technology, achieving efficient and selective arsenic removal and the recycling of leaching agents. It has the advantages of short process, low pollution and high recovery rate.
