Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of tailings treatment, in particular to a tailings comprehensive utilization device for fluorite ore tailing-free production. The device includes a frame fixedly installed on the ground; a crushing cylinder fixedly installed on the frame, where the crushing cylinder is internally provided with a first crushing assembly and a second crushing assembly arranged longitudinally, and fluorite tailings are crushed sequentially by the first crushing assembly and the second crushing assembly; a screening cylinder horizontally rotatably connected to the frame and communicated with the crushing cylinder, where the screening cylinder is internally provided with a cleaning assembly and a stirring assembly, and the crushing assembly is in sliding contact with the top end of the inner cavity of the screening cylinder; and a flotation cylinder fixedly installed on the frame and communicated with the screening cylinder, where qualified screened fluorite tailings enter the flotation cylinder for flotation recovery. The device integrates crushing, screening and flotation functions into one, realizes the integrated treatment of fluorite ore tailings, improves the comprehensive utilization efficiency of tailings, reduces resource waste, and has important practical significance for assisting the tailing-free production of fluorite ore.
