A multi-unit lubricating oil pump

Abstract

The present invention provides a multi-unit lubricating oil pump, relating to the technical field of oil pumps. The multi-unit lubricating oil pump includes an oil delivery pump housing, a pressure limiting valve, an oil return pump housing and a transmission shaft. The present invention connects the oil return pump housing with the oil delivery pump housing, enabling it to have both an oil pumping function and an oil return function; through a set of power input, it can drive an inner rotor, an outer rotor and four sets of oil pumping structures in the oil return pump housing, with a compact structure, small space occupation, low cost and high reliability; multiple oil return chambers in the oil return pump housing do not interfere with each other; the oil return pump is provided with multiple inlets and one outlet, meeting the working condition requirements of inconsistent gas contents in different oil return passages; a set of fixed partition plates and two sets of sliding partition plates are adopted in the oil return pump housing, dividing the interior of the oil return pump housing into four oil return chambers, which not only avoids the oil leakage problem of the multi-unit pump, but also reduces the volume of the pump.
