Insulation mortar and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an insulation mortar and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of building energy-saving materials. The insulation mortar is prepared by mixing dry mix with water in the following mass parts: cementitious component: 20-30 parts; filling and active component: 70-80 parts; lightweight aggregate: the ratio of the total mass of the dry mix to the volume of the lightweight aggregate is 1:3 to 1:4; admixture: accounting for 2-2.2 percent of the total mass of the cementitious component and the filling and active component; the cementitious component is cement; the filling and active component is composed of phosphogypsum and activated coal gangue, where phosphogypsum accounts for 25-43 percent of the total mass of the filling and active component, and activated coal gangue accounts for 57-75 percent of the total mass of the filling and active component; the lightweight aggregate is vitrified microspheres; the admixture includes redispersible latex powder and polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The insulation mortar has good mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity, excellent water resistance, and low drying shrinkage rate.
