Cryogenic-resistant spodumene flotation collector, preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a cryogenic-resistant spodumene flotation collector, its preparation method and application, relating to the technical field of mineral flotation. The flotation collector of the present invention consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60%-80% of an anionic fatty acid collector, 5%-20% of a sulfonate auxiliary collector, 5%-15% of a hydroxamic acid auxiliary collector, and 3%-15% of a nonionic surfactant. The flotation collector of the present invention still exhibits excellent collecting capability and selectivity under a low-temperature condition of 6 degrees Celsius, effectively solving the problem of a sharp drop in low-temperature activity of conventional flotation collectors; moreover, it requires no pre-desliming or calcium chloride activation during use, features a simple process and low cost, and is suitable for industrial flotation of spodumene ore.
