Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated device for preparing and delivering bone cement during hip arthroplasty. The device comprises an injection cylinder, a sleeve coupled via a first threaded structure, and a stirring cylinder coupled to the sleeve via a second threaded structure. A processing component is disposed within the stirring cylinder for mixing bone cement, while an injection component is provided within the injection cylinder to control delivery. A control panel mounted on the injection cylinder governs operation. The device enables a seamless workflow from mixing to injection without requiring material transfer, allowing clinicians to inject bone cement directly during the optimal dough phase of polymerisation. This design simplifies surgical procedures, reduces operative time, and enhances the reliability of bone cement placement. The threaded modular structure improves sealing and enables easy disassembly for cleaning or component replacement. The invention enhances surgical efficiency and reduces the risk of premature cement setting.
