Manufacturing process of stainless steel pipe

Abstract

The present invention provides a manufacturing process for a stainless steel pipe, including raw material preparation: performing surface cleaning and flatness correction on a stainless steel strip; pipe blank forming: adopting a progressive roll forming process with multiple sets of forming rolls; welding treatment: conducting welding under inert gas protection and controlling welding heat input; heat treatment: sequentially performing solution treatment, rapid cooling and aging treatment; surface treatment: including mechanical polishing and chemical passivation treatment; and finishing processing: conducting fixed-length cutting and end face treatment.
