Electrical robotic automated welding device

Abstract

The present invention discloses an electrical robotic automated welding device for use in robotic processing technology. The device comprises an installation plate connected via a bearing to a support column, which is fixedly connected to a horizontal rod. The system enables coordinated spatial movement across at least four degrees of freedom, including horizontal translation, vertical lift (via a first electric push rod), and pitch swing (via an angle adjustment component). This configuration allows automated welding of complex spatial curve joints without frequent repositioning of workpieces, enhancing welding flexibility and precision. A second electric push rod and limit plate are provided to clamp and lock the welding joint laterally, preventing displacement during operation. The design allows for fast disassembly or adjustment of the horizontal welding joint position, improving operational efficiency and maintainability. The system is suitable for high-precision, automated welding tasks in complex industrial environments.
