Abstract
The invention discloses a metal ion-doped potassium sodium niobate ceramic and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials. The raw materials of the metal ion-doped potassium sodium niobate ceramic in the invention are Nb2O5, Na2CO3, K2CO3, and a metal ion precursor, where the metal ion precursor is calcium carbonate, copper oxide, or magnesium oxide. The molar ratio of Nb2O5, Na2CO3, K2CO3, and the metal ion precursor is 1:1:2:(0.001-0.02). The metal ion-doped potassium sodium niobate ceramic is prepared by a solid-state sintering method, with a sintering temperature of 1010-1030 degrees Celsius. By controlling the molar ratio of raw materials and the sintering temperature, the invention regulates the microstructure of the potassium sodium niobate ceramic, improves the ceramic density, and achieves uniform distribution of ceramic grain size.
