Abstract

This invention discloses a damping structure for frame beam-column joints, belonging to the technical field of seismic resistance in building steel structures. It includes a beam and a column, both made of shaped steel; a connecting steel plate, which is L-shaped, arranged at the upper and lower connection points between the beam and the column, and connecting the beam and the column via bolts; and dampers arranged between the connecting steel plate and the beam, and between the connecting steel plate and the column. This invention can ensure joint stability while efficiently dissipating dynamic load energy, avoiding stress concentration and component damage, adapting to installation deviations, and facilitating convenient disassembly, maintenance, and replacement. It significantly enhances the seismic resistance, deformation resistance, and service life of the frame structure, and is adaptable to various steel structure beam-column joint scenarios.
