Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic preparation, and more specifically relates to a potassium sodium niobate ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The invention mixes K2CO3, Na2CO3 and Nb2O5, performs ball milling treatment, dries after ball milling, conducts pre-sintering treatment, then grinds and sieves, adds a binder and mixes uniformly, performs tablet pressing forming, debinding and sintering to obtain the potassium sodium niobate ceramic. By precisely controlling the specific addition amounts of different binders in the preparation of KNN ceramics, the invention effectively improves the density of the ceramics and optimizes their microstructure, thereby solving the problem of poor ceramic performance caused by improper binder dosage in traditional preparation methods.
