Low-cost dust removal system

Abstract

A low-cost dust removal system, relates to the field of dust removal equipment technology. The system comprises a dust removal assembly and a fan. The dust removal assembly is a multi-helix-pipe structure and includes a plurality of dust removal modules connected end to end. The fan is provided at an end of the dust removal assembly and drives air to form an airflow. The dust removal modules comprise dust removal pipes formed by single-section helical pipes, inlet float valves, and outlet float valves; bottom portions of the dust removal pipes are provided with dust removal liquid, and the airflow performs centrifugal motion inside the pipes such that dust enters the dust removal liquid. The inlet float valves and the outlet float valves regulate a liquid level of the dust removal liquid. The bottom walls of the dust removal pipes are provided with drainage pipes equipped with shut-off valves;pipe connectors are provided between adjacent dust removal modules. The system features low cost, easy applicability, high dust removal efficiency, and an ability to purify fine dust. Moreover, the number of modules can be flexibly increased or decreased to adapt to different dust concentrations, thereby reducing equipment and maintenance costs for enterprises.
