Abstract

The present invention discloses a processing method for corrosion-resistant seamless steel pipes, including the following steps: billet preparation, involving preparing the required billets and cleaning their surfaces; heating treatment, where the billets are heated through stages including preheating, main heating, and holding; piercing processing, which controls piercing temperature and speed, with the piercing machine employing a skew rolling method; sizing and forming followed by cooling treatment; surface treatment and finishing inspection, wherein the surface treatment method involves coating via electroplating or electroless plating.
