Cutting rooting agent for promoting efficient rooting of large sapium sebiferum tree cuttings and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a cutting rooting agent for promoting efficient rooting of large Sapium sebiferum tree cuttings and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of tree cutting propagation. The cutting rooting agent comprises an indole acetic acid aqueous solution and a mixed solution of trehalose, 1-phenyl-3-(1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl)urea and 1,4-butanediamine. The method for rooting large Sapium sebiferum tree cuttings comprises: soaking a base of a cutting in the indole acetic acid aqueous solution for 30-60 minutes, quickly dipping the cutting in the mixed solution of trehalose, 1-phenyl-3-(1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl)urea and 1,4-butanediamine, inserting the cutting into a mixed substrate, providing shade, and spraying water to keep the substrate moist, thereby completing rooting. The mixed substrate is prepared by mixing vermiculite, peat soil and perlite in a mass ratio of 7:2:1. The cutting rooting agent of the present invention can ensure efficient rooting of Sapium sebiferum cuttings, with a rooting rate reaching over 90%, and enables rapid and large-scale propagation of Sapium sebiferum seedlings.
