PCR detection method and application for g2 genogroup porcine bocavirus

Abstract

The present invention discloses a PCR detection method and application for G2 genogroup porcine bocavirus, belonging to the technical field of virus detection. The present invention designs and synthesizes a pair of specific primers, PBoV G2-F and PBoV G2-R. Through optimization of the PCR reaction conditions and program, the minimum detectable amount of viral DNA for the PBoVG2 PCR detection method is 6.26 multiplied by ten squared copies per microliter, and it possesses good specificity. The established detection method is applied to detect the DNA or cDNA of PBoVG2, PEDV, TGEV, PDCoV, PBoVG1, and PBoVG3 genomes. The results show that the target fragment is amplified only from the PBoVG2 positive sample, with no amplified fragments from the other samples. The results indicate that the PCR detection method established in the present invention exhibits good stability, specificity, and sensitivity.
