Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of medical information management, and specifically provides a medical laboratory sample reception management system and method. The system includes a sample information collection module, a sample testing sequence determination module, a resource allocation module, and a storage module. The sample testing sequence determination module of the present invention determines sample urgency parameters based on sample timeliness of samples to be tested, patient's criticality, and a basic priority level identified upon reception, and then generates a sample testing sequence. A sorting method refers to a wide range of indicators and is scientific, which not only avoids excessive accumulation of urgent samples but also solves the problem that hospital staff uniformly mark the highest priority to quickly obtain test results when only an identified priority is used for determining a testing sequence. At the same time, the resource allocation module of the present invention accurately formulates an allocation strategy of sample testing equipment by combining historical sample reception information, effectively avoiding the problem of unbalanced resource allocation.
