Abstract

The present invention discloses a high-density cultivation fermentation tank for water kefir grain-derived probiotics, belonging to the field of fermentation technology. The tank comprises a tank body mechanism equipped with a circulation mechanism on its outer side and a temperature control mechanism centrally within the tank body. A motor is mounted on the top cover, driving a stirring rod connected to an extension frame. The extension frame engages a clamp frame having matching arc-shaped structures that maintain contact with the inner wall of the tank. When the stirring rod rotates, the extension and clamp frames rotate synchronously, scraping the inner wall to remove adhered probiotics and ensure even distribution and mixing. This design improves fermentation efficiency and introduces a self-cleaning feature within the tank body. The device enhances probiotic cultivation by enabling thorough mixing, improved nutrient access, and automated wall cleaning during fermentation, addressing challenges in dense probiotic production systems.
